Visit  in  2012

We are honored and delighted to inform you that the Mayan Elders will return to Norway this October, 2012.

Pedro Yac and his wife Faviana who touched us with their knowledge last year will participate in many ceremonies, talks events and discussions.

The Mayan will perform a Ceremony this year as 2012 comes to a close.

Norway will again be blessed and inspired by the presence of the Mayan Elders and we will again be reminded about the preciousness of humanity's chance to grow in spiritual knowledge and love for each other. Listening to
nature and honoring of our Mother Earth, and of how important it is to listen to Nature and honor our Mother Earth

Visit   in  2011

In September of 2011 Norway was honored to receive a visit of eight Mayan spiritual leaders or what is called Ajq'ijab' in K'iche'. The visit was organized by the Embassy of Guatemala in collaboration with Norsk Taiji Senter.
The 8 shamans that came consisted of four women and four men, three of whom where couples, two of which brought their small children.
They performed a powerful fire ceremony in Oslo

Middelaldersparken present with Mayer Fabian Stang and 300 people.

They also had ceremonies in Drammen and in the North Cap together with the Sami Indigenous People of Norway.

In the Mayan culture, spiritual leaders get their position not only for their spiritual knowledge but also for their social actions in the indigenous community.
The Mayan visitors came to Norway to conduct an ancient ceremony consisting in thanking the Mother Earth for her generosity towards us.
The Mayans believe that in 2012 there will be a change of cycle and wanted to prepare Mother Earth for this change by conducting a ceremony in each cardinal point of the planet. Norway was one of the chosen points.
